Add-ons that state what they add — and what they do not
Three modules attach to an existing subscription without a new contract. Each one lists its own boundary, so nobody discovers the limit after the invoice.
The three add-ons
Growth, not a rebuild
Add-ons read the same customer and order records as the core modules. There is no second database to reconcile and no parallel import to maintain.
Advanced reports
Adds: scheduled report packs, custom date ranges, per-location breakdowns and spreadsheet export.
Does not include: bespoke report logic. That is a custom build, quoted per milestone.
Multi-location
Adds: separate stock, bookings and staff per location, with one consolidated view for owners.
Does not include: inter-company accounting or franchise royalty logic — custom territory.
API access
Adds: documented REST endpoints for customers, bookings and orders, with a key per integration.
Does not include: building the other system's side of the integration — available as a quoted project.
How it connects
One record, three ways to extend it
Reports read the records as they are, multi-location splits them by site, and the API exposes them to whatever else the business already runs. All three attach to the subscription you have — no migration, no downtime window.
- Activation is immediate — the module appears in the workspace on payment confirmation.
- Billing follows the subscription cycle, pro-rated from the switch-on date.
- Removing an add-on keeps the data read-only rather than deleting it.

Indicative, excluding VAT, confirmed in your subscription agreement. Add-ons never change the price of the plan they attach to.
