What this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Livedooh Sub Limited ("we", "us"), Company No. 16573110, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE, is the controller of the personal data described below. Questions about this policy: support@livedoohsub.com.

1. What we collect

This website collects only what you type into the contact form, plus the minimum technical record needed to deliver it:

  • Contact form: your name, work email, company name (optional), topic and message.
  • Delivery record: when you submit the form, the submission is stored with a timestamp and the sending IP address, for reliability and abuse prevention.
  • Preference storage: your cookie-banner choice is stored in your browser's local storage. See the cookie notice.

If you later become a subscriber, the software processes your business data under the subscription agreement. That processing is described in the agreement and its data processing addendum, not on this page.

2. What we do not collect

  • No analytics product, no session recording, no heatmaps.
  • No advertising identifiers, no retargeting pixels, no social embeds.
  • No third-party fonts loaded at runtime — typefaces are served from this domain.
  • No automated decision-making or profiling of visitors.

3. Why we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare a quote or a trial. The legal basis is your consent (you chose to send the form) and our legitimate interest in handling incoming business requests.

We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own use. There is no newsletter signup on this site, and no follow-up sequence after an enquiry is closed.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless a contract follows from the conversation. In that case the data moves into the contract records and is kept for the duration of the contract plus the statutory retention period.

Website server logs, which may include IP addresses, are rotated after 30 days.

5. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time — for example by asking us to delete your enquiry.

Email support@livedoohsub.com and we respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

6. Where the data goes

Form submissions are stored on servers located in the United Kingdom that host this website. No enquiry data is transferred outside that hosting arrangement, and no data is used for automated decision-making or profiling.

If we ever need to change hosting region or add a sub-processor that touches enquiry data, this page is updated first, with the date at the top of the page changed to match.

7. Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, we update the date above and, where contact details allow, notify people whose enquiries are still within the retention window.
