Terms of service
How subscriptions, custom projects, pricing and cancellation work — in plain language, with the scope boundary restated.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms govern the website livedoohsub.com and any subscription or development contract formed through it. The supplier is Livedooh Sub Limited, Company No. 16573110, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE ("we", "us").
1 · Services and scope
We supply (a) business software by subscription — inventory and orders, online booking, customer management and business data tools, plus optional add-on modules; and (b) custom software development, quoted and delivered per milestone.
The written boundary between subscription features and custom development is published on this website and restated in every quote: if something is not clearly in the subscription, it is not in the subscription.
2 · Orders and confirmation
A subscription starts when you confirm your module and seat selection and we confirm provision. Custom development starts only after a written specification and milestone prices are approved by you. Each confirmation states the services, prices and start date.
3 · Prices and payment
Subscription prices are per module and per seat, billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing is charged at ten months for twelve — the discount shown on the pricing table.
Figures shown on this website are indicative; the binding price is the one in your subscription agreement. Custom development is invoiced per delivered and approved milestone. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice. Prices exclude applicable VAT or equivalent taxes, which are added where required.
4 · Delivery and availability
Subscriptions are provisioned after confirmation, with a guided onboarding session included. We aim to keep the service available continuously, with an uptime target of 99.9% measured monthly; planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.
Custom development is delivered against the agreed milestones in the written specification. Each milestone is reviewed against that specification before it is invoiced.
5 · Trial, cancellation and refunds
Every new subscription includes a 30-day free trial, with no card required. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends at no cost.
After the trial, subscriptions run for the chosen billing period. You may cancel effective at the end of that period, and upgrade or downgrade at any time with the change applying from the next billing cycle. Custom development is cancellable per milestone: milestones already approved and delivered remain payable, future milestones can be stopped at no charge.
6 · Your data
Your business data remains yours. You can export it at any time in standard formats, on every plan, including for 30 days after cancellation. We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.
Export rights are not conditional on the account being in good standing for billing disputes — if an invoice is disputed, the export stays available.
7 · Liability
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, each party's liability under these terms is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit not directly tied to a failure of the services.
8 · Complaints and contact
Complaints go first to support@livedoohsub.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge within 2 business days and respond substantively within 10 business days, with an escalation route if you remain unsatisfied. General contact details are on our contact page.
9 · Governing law
These terms, and contracts formed under them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This is a choice-of-law statement for our contracts; it does not remove consumer rights that mandatory local law grants you.
